Coins, networks and minimum top-up

The checkout lists the networks your amount supports, so what you see there is what applies. Each invoice is valid for 60 minutes.

Pay in three steps

1. In the TeamoRouter console, open the top-up dialog, choose an amount and click Pay with crypto.
2. On the checkout page, pick the coin and network you'll send on. It shows the amount and a deposit address.
3. In your exchange app, withdraw the same coin on the same network to that address. The amount that arrives must equal the invoice amount, so add the exchange's withdrawal fee on top if it comes out of your amount.

FAQ

How long until my balance is credited?

As soon as the network confirms the transfer, usually within minutes. Exchanges sometimes hold a withdrawal for review first. If your balance hasn't changed, refresh the console in a while and don't pay again.

What if I sent less than the invoice?

An invoice up to 1% short still counts as paid. If more is missing, don't send a second transfer: email support@teamorouter.com with your order number and the TxID of your transfer.

What if I sent more?

Your balance is credited with the order amount. Contact support@teamorouter.com about the extra.

The invoice expired before the payment arrived.

Go back to the checkout page and renew the invoice, or start a new top-up, and send only to the address that's currently shown. If you had already sent, don't send again; contact support with your TxID.

Can crypto payments be refunded?

No. Our Terms of Service say: "Cryptocurrency payments are never refundable."

Are there fees?

The checkout doesn't add a processing fee. You pay your exchange's withdrawal fee, or network gas if you send from a wallet.
