TeamoRouter Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Teamo HK Limited ("Teamo", "we", "us") handles personal information when you use teamorouter.com, api.teamorouter.com, and the Teamo desktop client (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
Account information. Email address, and/or phone number (when you sign in with SMS verification), sign-in identifiers from third-party login providers (such as your Google account email and profile name), and preferences such as language.
Enterprise verification information. If you create an enterprise organization, we collect the organization details and verification documents you submit (such as company name and business registration information) and payment/invoicing details for corporate transfers.
Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment processors (currently Stripe and Alipay). We receive transaction metadata — amount, currency, payment method type, status, and a processor reference — but we do not receive or store full card numbers.
API usage records. For each API request we record metadata needed to route, meter, and bill it: the model requested, request timestamps, token counts, latency, HTTP status and error information, the upstream channel used, retry chain, your API key identifier, and the caller's IP address and client identifiers.
Request and response content. Your prompts and model responses pass through our systems so we can route them to the selected upstream provider. In addition, our request-trace system records request and response content together with the usage metadata described above. We use these records to troubleshoot failures, analyze routing and channel quality, and assist you with support requests; we do not use your content to train models, and access is restricted to personnel who need it to operate the Service. These records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above; you may request deletion of your content records at any time (see Section 7).
Website and product analytics. We use cookies and similar technologies on our website, including Microsoft Advertising (UET), Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics), and Baidu Analytics, and we collect first-party telemetry events about product usage (such as page views, button clicks, and checkout funnel events) together with device and browser information. You can control or opt out of advertising cookies and interest-based advertising at any time — see Section 8, "Cookies and advertising choices."
2. How we use information
We use the information above to: provide, route, meter, and bill the Service; monitor and improve channel quality and reliability; prevent fraud and abuse; provide customer support; understand product usage and improve the Service; measure marketing campaigns; and comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share information
- Upstream model providers and authorized channels. Your request content and necessary metadata are forwarded to the model provider or authorized distribution channel selected by our router, as required to serve your request. Their handling of that data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
- Payment processors. Stripe and Alipay process payments as independent controllers of your payment data.
- Infrastructure providers. We host the Service on cloud infrastructure providers (including Tencent Cloud) that process data on our behalf.
- Analytics and advertising partners. As described in Section 1.
- Legal. We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the Service.
We do not sell personal information.
4. International data transfers
Our primary servers and data storage (including request-trace archives) are located in Hong Kong on cloud infrastructure. Content-delivery edge nodes are distributed globally, including in mainland China and the United States. Payment processing takes place where our payment processors operate (Stripe — United States; Alipay — mainland China). Where personal information is transferred across borders, we apply appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
5. Data retention
- Account information: for as long as your account is active, and as needed afterward to comply with legal obligations.
- Billing and transaction records: as required by tax and accounting law.
- API usage records (metadata and content, see Section 1): for as long as reasonably necessary for billing disputes, abuse prevention, reliability analysis, and support; deleted earlier upon your verified request.
- Analytics data: per the retention settings of the respective analytics providers.
6. Security
We protect data in transit with TLS, restrict internal access on a need-to-know basis, and monitor for abnormal access. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise most of these directly in the dashboard (account settings, API key management) or by contacting us at feedback@floatmiracle.com. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable data-protection law. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
8. Cookies and advertising choices
Some of the cookies and similar technologies described in Section 1 are used by third-party advertising and analytics partners — including Microsoft Advertising (UET), Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics), and Baidu Analytics — to measure ad performance, attribute conversions, and, in some cases, show you personalized (interest-based) advertising on their own and third-party platforms. You can opt out of personalized advertising and this tracking at any time:
- Cookie and browser controls. Manage or reject non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and "Do Not Track" signals.
- Microsoft Advertising. Adjust your ad preferences at account.microsoft.com/privacy/ad-settings.
- Google. Manage ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com, and opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on.
- Baidu Analytics. Manage cookies through your browser settings to prevent Baidu Analytics tracking.
- Industry opt-out tools. Opt out across multiple advertisers via the DAA (optout.aboutads.info) or, in Europe, youronlinechoices.eu.
Opting out stops personalized advertising but does not remove all ads, and you may still see non-personalized ads. Because these controls are cookie- or device-based, you will need to renew your choices if you clear cookies or use a different browser or device.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children and may not be used by anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website or by email before they take effect. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision.
